use the seaward primetest 300 , having previously used the
seaward europa, I was pleasantly surprised by the size and lightness of
the primetest. It is operated by rechargeable batteries (normal aa size
so you can get very long life ones easily at argos).
You enter the description of the appliance tested on the keyapd, and download via bluetooth to seaward software such as patguard plus which can produce certificates in variious formats. There are several versions of patguard software so if buying seperately make sure its compatable. The seaward primetest 300 is supposed to be the fastest pat tester you can get, and it is very fast to use. I have had mine 3 years with no problems, it comes with a mains lead which you can use for leakage tests and rcd tests. Pat Testing Companies
